Grilled Pork Tenderloin

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

2 tablespoons dry sherry

1 tablespoon peanut oil

1 1/2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon light brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 one pound pork tenderloins

 

1.  In a bowl, combine all ingredients except pork.  Mix well.  Transfer to a large plastic bag.  Add pork.  Tightly seal bag, expelling excess air.  Refrigerate for at least 8 hours (up to 48 hours; the longer, the better).

 

2.  Preheat broiler or prepare grill.

 

3.  Grill or broil 6 to 8 inches from the heat source for 25 to 30 minutes, turning every 5 minutes, until crusty brown all over.
