Black bean and corn relish

This is a great salad to serve with tortilla chips as an appetizer, or add chicken and serve as an entree.
Must be enjoyed outside on a hot day with a margarita!
Mix: 3 cans black beans, rinsed
2 cans corn, rinsed
4-5 green onions, chopped
Handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
2/3 salsa
2-3 teaspoons cumin to taste
LOTS of cilantro, chiffonaded
Mix and let sit in refrigerator for 2+ hours. Before serving, toss and squeeze a fresh lime over relish. Garnish with cilantro, my "2nd favorite herb." Ask Rebecca about this quote.
